9th–10th grade
Leadership-In-Training program (LIT) is designed especially for new and returning campers that are entering 9th and 10th grades.
This program teacher the campers the basics of how to become a future counselor at camp. The LIT’s schedule is mostly adapted to the camp-wide schedule, however, their educational program differs from the rest of the camp. The topics of their peulot include: public speaking, how to build an educational activity, how to lead a meaningful discussion, etc. The LIT’s experience culminates at the J Fest event, which they are planning. They will have the opportunity to show and share everything they are learning and achieving at camp, and lead the J- Fest event for all 4 age groups of Camp Gesher.
